As soon as you decide to engage with RTA… you’ll be connected with a Design Expert that is specifically assigned to your project.
You’ll discuss your design with them on several virtual calls… and be able to ask any additional questions via phone or email.
Once your design is buttoned up to utter perfection, it’ll get passed to our blueprint liaisons. They’ll create blueprints to be sent to our manufacturing facility.
Between blueprint submission and delivery of your outdoor kitchen… you’ll then be connected with your Project Success Manager (PSM).
Your PSM will become your go-to guide for all things related to delivery, assembly, and future maintenance of your outdoor kitchen.
